The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine, Office for SME Development, State Enterprise “Prozorro”, Ministry of Digital Transformation, and Ministry of Education and Science jointly provide financial support through the “5-7-9” affordable credit program, the implementation of a portfolio credit guarantee mechanism, and the development of alternative financing methods. The program targets business entities and is available at the national level. It is based on the Law of Ukraine “On Entrepreneurship” and the Law of Ukraine “On the Development and State Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship”.
