The Ministry of Economy, through the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship Development National Center (Fund “Investment Support Centre”), offers consultation, coaching, and financial support via the “Successful Start” Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Program for Start-ups. The program is aimed at individuals with a business idea, as well as SMEs with up to three years of state registration. It is grounded in the RA Law on State Support of Small and Medium Enterprises and is available at the national level.
