Anush Aslanyan, a biologist and disability rights activist from Vanadzor, founded the social enterprise "EREO style" to give people with disabilities meaningful work and financial independence through handmade crafts.

Anush is a biologist and long-time disability rights activist. For 8 years she led the NGO “Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities” in her hometown of Vanadzor, Armenia. After completing a social entrepreneurship training programme organised by the British Embassy, she founded her own enterprise “EREO style” in 2017. Together with people with disabilities, she produces handmade cloth dolls, decorative pillows, kitchen aprons and more. Anush’s mission is simple but powerful: to give people with disabilities meaningful work, financial independence, and the chance to grow.
