In 2010, Suren founded the “Full Camping Stepanavan” summer inclusive camp in Stepanavan. Initially it was crowd founded.

Every year the camp hosts about 150 children with and without disabilities who enjoy their summer vacation and evolve their abilities of social communication.

The camp also provides entertainment and leisure in nature.

Children can receive support from psychologists, logo therapists, ergo therapists and art therapists. Many volunteers engage in the activities of the camp, teaching them cooking and handcrafting skills like pottery and carpentry as well. For children with disabilities the participation is free.

Suren says that it is effortful to succeed in social enterprise. It requires obtaining new knowledge, skills, detailed planning and performing quality activities. Finally, it gives economic profit as well, though the main goal is to create social value. When spending time together at the camp, people see that presumed social divisions are indeed artificial. It is a positive experience for everyone.
