State Employment Service – Professional Training for Job Seekers

The State Employment Service of Ukraine offers professional training for individuals registered with the Service, including vocational training, retraining, and advanced training aimed at acquiring and improving professional knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as increasing competitiveness on the labor market. The training is funded by the Mandatory State Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine for Unemployment. The program is available to all individuals registered with the Service, including persons with disabilities who wish to undergo such training. It is based on the Law of Ukraine “On Employment of the Population” (Article 35) and is available at the national level.
