The Sverdlovsk Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (SOFPP) is a regional development institute established in 2002 by the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region for the financial support and development of small and medium-sized businesses. In partnership with LLC “UKB Alliance”, the fund promotes and stimulates business development within the region. The program is available exclusively to small and medium enterprises registered in the Sverdlovsk Region, at the regional level.
