The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (supported by the European Entrepreneurs Network in Ukraine) provides financial support in the form of grant assistance for the implementation of programs aimed at improving the regulatory environment for small and medium-sized businesses, eliminating outdated and ineffective regulatory acts and barriers. The program targets small and medium enterprises, clusters, and business support organizations. It is based on the Law of Ukraine “On the Development and State Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” and is available at the national level.
