Oleksandr is director of a publishing house, founded by a social initiative for people with disabilities “DEN’” (DAY). He is also a chairperson of that NGO. Oleksandr is 59, from Cherkasy. Being visually impaired, he wrote 33 books for children and adults.

The publishing house, “IntroligaTOR”, founded by Mr. Priluzky in 2009 is a unique enterprise where people with disabilities can seek employment and are treated as equals. His company mostly prints special books and makes audio records for people with visual disabilities.

Oleksandr’s team is thoroughly proud of the quality of their products. They believe that what they are doing is rather following a mission than just running an enterprise. For their activities, the publishing house was awarded many times.

However, Oleksandr notes that it is difficult for people with visual impairment to work maximally efficiently due to lacking tools and insufficient environment. For the future, Oleksandr claims he and his teams are going to enhance their activities and keep making books and audio records for people with visual impairment.
