The course is intended to serve as a base for any European young person who has an idea, and needs help and guidance to become a social entrepreneur.

The whole course is available as a PDF free to download. The course is structured in 4 training modules:
The first training module explores the concept of social entrepreneurship, how ideas can be generated, and how ideas are matured to start a project. It also provides examples of social enterprises around Europe, and how ICT technologies can be a source of ideas and tools to manage business.
The second module is about the legal organisational forms that a social business can have; the main sources of funds and financial sustainability in the mid and long term.
The third training module provides the basis for establishing a good communication strategy. In this module you will not find what tools you have to use, we leave that to each person’s choice, and we will focus on what metrics and strategies you must follow to make sure that your strategy is working.
The fourth training module compiles and expands everything learned previously since is about how to prepare the business plan.
At the end of each module, some practical exercises will be proposed
