Startup School: From Idea to Business Plan
“Startup School: From Idea to Business Plan” is a distance-learning program created for entrepreneurs within the project “Support for Local-Level Economic Development in the Republic of Belarus.” The project is funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in partnership with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.
The program gives aspiring and active entrepreneurs an opportunity to improve their knowledge, gain practical skills in business planning, and test their business ideas under the guidance of experienced business experts. It consists of a video course, a methodological guide, and individual consultations.
The training materials cover key topics for business development, including entrepreneurial planning, legal foundations, taxation, preparation of a financial model, assessment of project results, and risk analysis. Participants who successfully prepare business plan concepts for implementation in the project’s pilot districts can also receive access to individual consultations with business experts.
